By placing an order on this site you agree to the terms below. Please read them before you check out.

Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in Canadian dollars and exclude GST/HST/PST, which is calculated at checkout where applicable. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

Shipping

We ship within Canada. Standard shipping is free and typically arrives in 3–6 business days; express arrives in 1–3 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and carrier delays are outside our control.

Product information

The Everydaynova™ Portable Thermal Printer is a consumer electronics device. Print speeds, page yields and battery life are typical figures measured under normal use and will vary with content coverage, paper type and temperature. Colours may vary slightly between screens and production runs.

Warranty and care

The printer carries a 12-month warranty on the print head and battery under normal use. Damage caused by liquid ingress, drops, third-party power supplies or non-thermal paper is not covered.

Our return and refund process is described on the Returns & Refunds page and form part of these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
